番茄的外植体茎、叶在无菌条件下,置于外加2毫克/升2.4—D+0.3毫克/升6—BA的MS培养基中脱分化形成愈伤组织后转移到添加有2毫克/升6—BA+0.2毫克/升IAA的培养基中可分化形成绿苗。
The stems and leaves of tomato explants were dedifferentiated into MS medium supplemented with 2 mg / L 2,4-D and 0.3 mg / L 6-BA at aseptic conditions to form callus and transferred to medium supplemented with 2 mg / L 6-BA + 0.2 mg / L IAA can differentiate into green shoots.
