为了开发菊酯类农药新剂型 ,采用液相法制备了 β-环糊精·氯氰菊酯包合物 ,借助紫外光谱法和核磁共振法确证了包合物的形成 ,通过差热分析证明包合态氯氰菊酯的热稳定性显著增加 ,用旋光度法证明该包合物主客体之比为 1∶ 1 ,物相分析确认该包合物为水包油型包合物。
In order to develop a new dosage form of pyrethroid pesticides, β-cyclodextrin · cypermethrin inclusion complex was prepared by liquid-phase method. The formation of inclusion complex was confirmed by ultraviolet spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) The thermostability of cypermethrin increased significantly. The ratio of host to guest of the inclusion complex was 1: 1 by optical rotation. The phase analysis confirmed that the inclusion complex was an oil-in-water inclusion complex.
