本文报道家兔在高温及高温+CO环境作用下,分析家兔附睾尾精子总数、活动率和畸形率,观察睾丸重量及病理形态学变化,并与常温及常温+CO组比较。结果表明,高温组无论有无CO并存,附睾尾液均未检出精子,常温+CO组精子总数与常温组比较有显著意义(P<0.05),而精子活动率及畸形率则无显著意义。上述结果与家兔睾丸生精上皮受损等形态学变化完全吻合。结果还提示,高温与CO联合作用时损伤更明显。
This paper reports the rabbit sperm count, motility and deformity rate of epididymal tails under the action of high temperature and high temperature + CO environment. The testis weight and pathological changes were observed and compared with normal temperature and normal temperature + CO group. The results showed that spermatozoa were not detected in the epididymal tail fluid both in the high temperature group and the normal temperature group (P <0.05), while sperm motility and deformity rate were not significantly different . These results are completely consistent with morphological changes such as impaired spermatogenic epithelium in rabbit testes. The results also suggest that the combination of high temperature and CO injury is more obvious.
