Ph染色体是慢性粒细胞性白血病(慢粒)的标记染色体,随着研究的深入,在一部分急性淋巴细胞白血病(急淋)、急性粒细胞性白血病(急粒)的患者中也发现有Ph染色体。近十多年来,应用分子生物学技术,证实Ph染色体形成BCR/ABL融合基因,产生异常蛋白是白血病细胞恶性转化的本质。本文即综述Ph染色体细胞遗传和分子遗传,对慢粒与急性白血病(急白)的临床分型、诊断、治疗和预后的相关性研究
The Ph chromosome is a marker chromosome of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). As the research progressed, Ph chromosomes were also found in some patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) and acute myelogenous leukemia (acute myeloma) . Nearly a decade, the application of molecular biology techniques, confirmed Ph chromosome BCR / ABL fusion gene, produce abnormal protein is the essence of malignant transformation of leukemia cells. This article reviews the Ph chromosome cytogenetic and molecular genetic analysis of CML acute leukemia (acute white) clinical classification, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the study
