产生非智力数学差生的原因很多,有学校的、社会的或家庭的。对他(她)们的培养途径也众说纷纭,依我之见,转变差生可以从以下几个方面入手。一、学习动机和自信心的培养良好的学习动机是学生从事学习活动的内在动因。自信心恰恰是完成学习任务的动力源泉。为此,我们教者不但要正确对待和引导学生的学习动机,处理好暂时愿望与长远打算个人愿望与祖国需要之间的关系。进而使他们真正感悟到自己的学习不仅仅是为了自己,更是为了祖国的未来。思想上变
