自从中巴经济走廊与“一带一路”战略倡议提出以来,打造地区和人类命运共同体成为新时期中国外交的理论出发点和宏伟目标。“一带一路”战略倡议既体现了中国进一步改革开放的指导思想,更是中国新时期发展同外部世界关系的全新理念,其核心就是打造人类命运共同体。笔者认为,“一带一路”通过“政策沟通,设施联通,贸易畅通,资金融通,民心相通”五个方面把沿线国家各族人民的命运紧密相连。
Since the establishment of the “China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and the” One Belt and One Road “strategic initiative, building a community of regional and human destiny has become the theoretical starting point and ambitious goal of China’s diplomacy in the new era. The ”One Belt and One Road“ strategic initiative not only embodies the guiding principle of China’s further reform and opening up, but also is a new concept of developing relations with the outside world in China’s new era. Its core is to create a community of human destiny. The author believes that the ”Belt and Road“ is closely linked with the fate of the people of all nationalities in the country along the five lines through ”policy communication, facilities and connectivity, trade flow, financial facilities and people’s common interest."
