吸气阻力阀(ITD)是在1995年由Lurie等提出的,并在2005年被国际急救与复苏联合会推荐为心肺复苏技术可选用的Ⅱa级辅助设备。其工作原理是在胸外按压回弹阶段间断性地增加胸内负压,从而促使静脉血液回流,降低颅内压,增加血液循环。近年来,针对ITD的应用与研究一直在进行中,对于ITD的应用效果各种实验没有统一的结果。本文介绍了ITD的结构及工作原理,对近年来关于ITD的研究成果进行了综述,并对有关ITD应用的争论进行了分析。
The inhalation resistance valve (ITD) was proposed by Lurie et al in 1995 and was recommended by the International Federation of Resuscitation and Resuscitation in 2005 as a Class IIa auxiliary for CPR. Its working principle is to increase the intrathoracic negative pressure intermittently during the chest compressive rebound, thereby promoting venous blood return, reducing intracranial pressure and increasing blood circulation. In recent years, the application and research of ITD has been underway. There is no uniform result for various experiments on the application effect of ITD. This paper introduces the structure and working principle of ITD, summarizes the research results about ITD in recent years, and analyzes the controversy about ITD application.
