1案例资料1.1简要案情沈某,女,35岁。2006年9月13日,因与人纠纷,被对方掌击面部,遂到医院就诊。入院主诉外伤后双耳耳鸣,头痛,听力下降3h余。查体:左耳部皮下出血,耳镜检查见左鼓膜紧张部一不规则穿孔,边缘有血痂;右鼓膜紧张部一圆形穿孔,边缘增厚、充血。9月20日复诊,诉耳鸣、头痛等症状减轻。查体:左鼓膜紧张部穿孔缩小,边缘充血;右鼓膜紧张部圆形
