宁波公交总公司服务咨询(投诉)受理中心以“善于倾听,主动有效”为服务抓手,树立“务实、优质、高效”的服务形象,赢得了群众的赞誉和领导的好评。宁波公交总公司服务咨询(投诉)受理中心,前身为宁波公交87928888服务热线,创建于2004年5月,现归属于市公交总公司服务稽查大队。中心共有工作人员13名,清一色的女性,平均年龄32岁,是专门为广大乘客提供公交咨询、投诉、建议等项目的综合性服务机构,实行24小时不间断服务。随着城市化建设的不断发展,
