目的 :研究马齿苋水浸液、醇提液对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、毛霉、黑曲霉的体外抑制作用。方法 :采用滤纸片法进行定性研究 ;采用分光光度法进行定量研究。结果 :马齿苋醇提液的抑菌效果强于其水提液 ;对细菌的抑菌作用强 ,对黑曲霉的作用不明显。结论 :马齿苋体外对细菌有较强的抑制作用
Objective : To study the inhibitory effect of water extract of purslane extract and alcohol extract on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Mucor and Aspergillus niger in vitro. Methods : Qualitative research was conducted using filter paper method; Quantitative study was performed using spectrophotometry. Results: The antibacterial effect of purslane alcohol extract was stronger than that of its water extract. The antibacterial effect of purslane extract was strong and the effect on Aspergillus niger was not obvious. Conclusion :Portulaca oleracea has a strong inhibitory effect on bacteria in vitro
