目的建立一种准确、快速的同时测定驱蚊产品中4种驱避剂的气相色谱方法。方法采用Rtx-5的色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),程序升温方式,对驱蚊产品中的4种驱避剂即避蚊胺、驱蚊酯、羟哌酯、驱蚊醇进行了气相色谱分析,并对其进行了定性和定量分析。结果该方法对4种驱避剂的最低检出限均达到了0.01%,回收率为89.3%~93.4%,相对标准偏差为0.91~2.62。结论该方法简便、分离效果好、准确度高、重现性好,能用于驱蚊产品中这4种驱避剂的快速检测。
Objective To establish an accurate and rapid gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of four repellents in mosquito repellent products. Methods Rtx-5 column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) was used in this study. Four repellent agents, DEET, DPP, Gas chromatographic analysis was performed and qualitative and quantitative analyzes were performed. Results The detection limits of the four kinds of repellents were all 0.01%, the recoveries were 89.3% ~ 93.4% and the relative standard deviations were 0.91 ~ 2.62. Conclusion The method is simple, the separation effect is good, the accuracy is high, and the reproducibility is good. It can be used for the rapid detection of these four kinds of repellents in mosquito repellent products.
