群众文化建设在我国文化建设中,是极为重要的组成部分,也是对地方文化的发展和繁荣情况进行衡量的重要指标。群众文化的建设需要以县市域作为单位进行发展,并进行区域的群众文化进行整合。整个过程中,需要在大文化的背景之下,符合地域的时代旋律与生态环境。群众文化建设中,需要在文化工作的依托下,和国家文明体系协调,形成精英文化普及和文化产业发展、非物质文化遗产保护等相互结合。
