跆拳道是一种以腿为主,以手为辅的运动项目,同时,跆拳道又是一项对身体协调能力要求非常高的运动项目。毫不夸张的说,运动员协调能力的高低直接决定其跆拳道水平的掌握程度,换而言之,运动员协调能力的高低对运动员的训练和竞赛起着决定性作用。因此,教练在教学过程中要注重对运动员身体协调能力的培养与提高,因为提高运动员的身体协调能力有助于减少运动受伤,促进动作技能之间的正迁移。本文对跆拳道及其特点进行了介绍,并分析了运动员身体协调能力对跆拳道运动技能训练效果的作用,并重点对跆拳道训练中的身体协调能力培养策略进行了初步探究。
Taekwondo is a leg-based, hand-supplemented sport, while Taekwondo is another sport that demands very high body coordination. It is no exaggeration to say that the coordination of athletes directly determines the level of mastery Taekwondo degree, in other words, the level of coordination of athletes training and competition for athletes play a decisive role. Therefore, the coach should pay attention to the training and improvement of athletes ’body coordination ability in the teaching process, because improving athletes’ body coordination ability helps to reduce sports injuries and promote the positive transfer between motor skills. This paper introduces Taekwondo and its characteristics, and analyzes the effect of body coordination on the effectiveness of taekwondo training, and puts emphasis on the training strategies of body coordination in taekwondo training.
