最近研制成一种油压机新型自动控制系统,调整简便,能改善油压机的使用性能,提高其可靠性。此控制系统(见图)包括:泵1、配油阀2~6、控制一调节阀7~10、程序携带器传动油缸11、蓄能器12、计量油缸13、执行油缸14、补偿油缸15。程序携带器传动油缸由活塞16和带程序携带器18的活塞杆17组成。活塞杆上固定着一个悬臂19,以便当活塞处于最高或最低位置时,能通过带弹簧的导杆使配油阀3进行换挡。
Recently developed into a hydraulic automatic control system, easy to adjust, can improve the hydraulic machine performance, improve its reliability. The control system (see figure) includes: pump 1, oil valve 2 ~ 6, control a regulating valve 7 ~ 10, program carrier transmission cylinder 11, accumulator 12, metering cylinder 13, execution cylinder 14, compensation cylinder 15 . The program carrier drive cylinder consists of a piston 16 and a piston rod 17 with a program carrier 18. A cantilever 19 is attached to the piston rod so that the oil distribution valve 3 can be shifted by the spring loaded guide rod when the piston is in the highest or lowest position.
