The 16th CPC National Congress explicitly put forward the idea of coordinated development between economic construction and national defense construction. However, in reality, there are still some phenomena that are incompatible with the economic construction and national defense construction. Therefore, we must make great efforts to change this status quo under the guidance of the 16th National Congress of the CPC.
