目的研究甜菜碱对大鼠酒精性脂肪肝的影响。方法制备酒精性脂肪肝大鼠动物模型,用甜菜碱0.2~0.8g/kg干预,6周后观察血清脂质、肝功能生化指标和脂质过氧化指标的变化,并观察肝组织学改变。结果酒精性脂肪肝大鼠给予甜菜碱0.2~0.8g/kg治疗6周后,可剂量依赖性地降低血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇、游离脂肪酸水平和增加高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),也能剂量依赖性地降低肝重系数、肝脂质和丙二醛含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),较大剂量(0.8g/kg)时还可升高肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶含量(P<0.01)。病理检查结果显示给予甜菜碱后可使肝细胞的脂肪变性程度明显减轻(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论甜菜碱对大鼠酒精性脂肪肝有较好的治疗作用,其部分机制可能是通过抗脂质过氧化和增加脂质代谢。
Objective To study the effect of betaine on alcoholic fatty liver in rats. Methods The rat model of alcoholic fatty liver was prepared. Serum lipids, liver biochemical indexes and lipid peroxidation indexes were observed after 6 weeks of treatment with 0.2 ~ 0.8 g / kg of betaine. The changes of liver histology were observed. Results After alcoholic fatty liver was given 0.2 ~ 0.8g / kg betaine for 6 weeks, the levels of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-C, free fatty acid and the content of high density lipids (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but also reduced the hepatic weight index, hepatic lipid and malondialdehyde (P <0.05 or P <0.01) and the higher dose (0.8 g / kg) also increased the level of superoxide dismutase in liver tissue (P <0.01). Pathological examination showed that the degree of steatosis of hepatocytes was significantly reduced after administration of betaine (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Betaine has a good therapeutic effect on alcoholic fatty liver in rats. Part of the mechanism may be through anti-lipid peroxidation and lipid metabolism.
