目的:探讨多元化、阶段式健康教育对基层医院冠心病(CHD)患者知识掌握的影响。方法:将108例冠心病患者按入组顺序分为观察组和对照组各54例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予多元化阶段式健康教育,应用自行设计的调查问卷评价干预效果,观察比较两组患者冠心病相关知识掌握情况及对护理工作满意率。结果:观察组冠心病患者对高危因素、疾病知识、预防知识、自救知识、复诊知识的掌握优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为9.99,11.80,7.97,8.80,22.96;P<0.05);观察组患者对护士的满意率高于对照组(χ~2=18.62,P<0.05)。结论:多元化、阶段式健康教育能提高冠心病患者知识掌握情况,有助于提高患者对护理工作的满意度,有望成为在新的医学模式下的一种有效的健康教育方式,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of diversified and stage-based health education on knowledge mastery of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in primary hospitals. Methods: 108 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of 54 cases. The control group was given routine health education. The observation group was given diversified stage health education. The self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of intervention. The degree of satisfaction of the patients with coronary heart disease and satisfaction with nursing were observed and compared. Results: The patients with coronary heart disease in observation group had better control over the risk factors, disease knowledge, prevention knowledge, self-help knowledge and referral knowledge than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 values were 9.99, 11.80, 7.97, 8.80, 22.96 ; P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nurses in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (χ ~ 2 = 18.62, P <0.05). Conclusion: Diversified and stage-based health education can improve knowledge of patients with coronary heart disease, improve patient satisfaction with nursing and is expected to become an effective way of health education under the new medical model, which is worthy of clinical promotion application.
