电磁阀是重要的控制部件,应用于各类航天飞行器。根据电磁阀阀芯动作特性,结合目前漏磁检测的一些研究,提出了一种基于漏磁原理的非接触式电磁阀检测方法,对飞行器的电磁阀极性进行测试,并设计了电磁阀极性检测系统.在此基础上对检测系统应用进行研究,验证漏磁检测技术应用到航天器极性测试中的可行性和准确性。结果表明:基于漏磁原理的非接触式检测技术应用于电磁阀动作检测,与控制指令相比,检测结果准确可靠。
Solenoid valve is an important control components, used in various types of spacecraft. According to the operating characteristics of the valve spool and some researches on the current leakage testing, a non-contact solenoid valve detection method based on the principle of magnetic flux leakage is proposed. The polarity of the solenoid valve is tested and the electromagnetic valve Based on this, the application of the detection system is studied to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the magnetic flux leakage detection technology applied to the spacecraft polarity test. The results show that the non-contact detection technology based on the principle of magnetic flux leakage is applied to the detection of the electromagnetic valve. Compared with the control instruction, the detection result is accurate and reliable.
