本文使用连续称重装置和非连续称重装置对Fe25Cr20Ni2.4Si合金在H_2S-H_2气氛中的高温硫化行为进行了研究。结果表明:这种合金的硫化动力学行为遵循抛物线规律。腐蚀产物有三层:最外层(称OL-Ⅱ层)由Fe-Ni-S系统组成;中间层(称OL-I层)由Fe-Cr-S系统组成;内硫化层(Subscale)由一些弥散的硫化物相组成。标记实验的结果表明:合金在硫化过程中,腐蚀产物的最外两层的生长是由金属离子向外扩散控制,而内硫化层的生长是由分解机理控制。
In this paper, high temperature vulcanization behavior of Fe25Cr20Ni2.4Si alloy in H_2S-H_2 atmosphere was studied by continuous weighing device and discontinuous weighing device. The results show that the kinetics of vulcanization of this alloy follows a parabolic law. There are three layers of corrosion products: the outermost layer (called OL-II layer) consists of Fe-Ni-S system; the middle layer (called OL-I layer) consists of Fe-Cr-S system; Dispersed sulfide phase composition. The results of the labeling experiments show that the growth of the outermost two layers of the corrosion products is controlled by the outward diffusion of the metal ions during the vulcanization of the alloy, while the growth of the inner sulfide layer is controlled by the decomposition mechanism.
