目的探讨妊娠期盆底肌肉锻炼预防盆底功能障碍的效果。方法选取2014年7月-2016年7月在该院门诊定期产检的孕妇1 350例为研究对象,随机分为锻炼组(700例)和对照组(650例)。锻炼组孕妇给予盆底肌肉锻炼,对照组孕妇不给予盆底肌肉锻炼指导信息。结果锻炼组通过妊娠期盆底肌肉锻后,压力性尿失禁(SUI)发病率明显下降;阴道静息压、Ⅰ类纤维强度、阴道收缩持续时间、Ⅱ类纤维强度均显著高于对照组。结论妊娠期进行盆底肌肉锻炼,可以提高盆底肌力,降低产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic floor exercise during pregnancy on prevention of pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods A total of 1 350 pregnant women scheduled for outpatient clinics in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into exercise group (700 cases) and control group (650 cases). Exercise group given pelvic floor muscle exercises, pregnant women in the control group do not give pelvic floor muscle exercise guidance information. Results The incidence of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) decreased significantly in exercise group after pelvic muscle stimulation during pregnancy. The resting pressure of vagina, the intensity of type Ⅰ fibers, the duration of vaginal constriction and the fiber strength of type Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy, pelvic floor muscle strength can be increased and reduce the incidence of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease.
