平菇栽培中的主要问题之一是菌种生产时间长,成本高.为了解决这个问题,山东省农业科学院土壤肥料研究所微生物室食用菌组于1982年承担了省科委下达的液体菌种研制任务。在卢青达同志的主持下,经过三年又三个月的试验,试验成功了节能简易液体发酵设备和拌料机,并完成了液体菌种小型生产工艺,使平菇原种的培养对间从30天缩短至3~5天,栽培种的培养时间也从30天缩短至15~18天.液体发酵的操作技术大大简化.不需要日夜值班.栽培种月产量可达0.6~1.0万个罐头瓶容量.生产工艺简便容易掌握,而设备投资只需3200元.建一个车间,设备投资5000~6000元,产量可增加两倍.即月产栽培种可相当于3万个罐头瓶容量。每公斤栽培种的生产成本为0.2~0.3元。设备费比不锈钢发酵罐节省
