目的探索中国西南地区汉族人群白细胞介素27(IL-27)基因多态性与甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)对211例PTC患者和216例健康对照组IL-27基因多态性进行分析。结果PTC患者和健康对照组之间IL-27基因rs153109、rs17855750和rs181206多态性无显著性差异,与PTC患者中rs153109 A/A基因型相比,PTC患者中rs153109 G/G基因型更容易出现甲状腺被膜浸润。IL-27基因3个单核苷酸多态性(SNP)存在GTC组合的个体存在发展为PTC的风险。结论 IL-27基因多态性与PTC的发生并无显著关系,但rs153109 G/G基因型与甲状腺被膜浸润有一定关系,具有GTC单体型的个体较易发生PTC。
Objective To explore the relationship between interleukin 27 (IL-27) gene polymorphism and papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) in Han population of Southwest China. Methods Polymorphisms of IL-27 in 211 patients with PTC and 216 healthy controls were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results There were no significant differences in rs153109, rs17855750 and rs181206 polymorphisms in IL-27 gene between PTC patients and healthy controls. Compared with rs153109 A / A genotype in PTC patients, rs153109 G / G genotype was more likely in PTC patients Thyroid envelope infiltration occurs. Individuals with a combination of three single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the IL-27 gene present with a risk of developing PTC. Conclusion There is no significant relationship between IL-27 gene polymorphism and the occurrence of PTC. However, rs153109 G / G genotype has a certain relationship with thyroid capsule infiltration. Individuals with GTC haplotype are more likely to develop PTC.
