目的:筛选双藤痹痛凝胶膏剂的最适透皮吸收促进剂。方法:采用星点设计法考察月桂氮芯卓酮、油酸、丙二醇等因素对双藤痹痛凝胶膏剂中的雷公藤甲素和青藤碱体外透皮吸收的影响,对结果进行二次多项式方程拟合,结合效应面法,优选较佳处方,并进行预测分析。结果:经由二次多项式拟合方程的复相关系数证实,模型极其显著;处方中优化透皮吸收促进剂月桂氮芯卓酮、油酸、丙二醇的用量分别为3.80%、3.44%、6.39%,验证实验结果满意。结论:星点设计-效应面法适用于双藤痹痛凝胶膏剂透皮吸收促进剂的处方优化,所建立的模型可较好地描述本实验中因素与指标的关系,预测性良好。
Objective: To screen the best transdermal absorption enhancer of Shuang Teng Bitong gel ointment. Methods: The effects of laurel azithromycin, oleic acid and propylene glycol on transdermal absorption of triptolide and sinomenine in Shuang Teng Bitong gel cream were investigated by the method of star point design. Polynomial equation fitting, combined with the effect surface method, preferably the preferred prescription, and the predictive analysis. Results: The model was very significant by the complex correlation coefficient of the quadratic polynomial fitting equation. The dosage of laurocapram, oleic acid and propylene glycol with optimized transdermal absorption enhancer were 3.80%, 3.44% and 6.39% Verify the experimental results are satisfactory. CONCLUSION: Star-point design-response surface method is suitable for the formulation optimization of transdermal absorption enhancer of Shuang Teng Bitong gel ointment. The established model can better describe the relationship between the factors and indexes in this experiment and has good predictability.
