北京市房山区工业企业职业病危害因素调查

目的了解北京市房山区工业企业职业病危害因素分布特征和职业病危害现况,明确职业卫生工作重点。方法采用普查的方法,对作业场所存在职业病危害的企业进行调查,采用SPSS15.0软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果此次共调查了972家企业,接触危害因素者46111人(52.71%);职业病危害因素主要包括粉尘、物理性因素和化学毒物三类38种。房山区从业人员健康档案建档率、体检率和职业培训率分别为32.89%、23.82%和29.46%。结论房山区的职业危害因素主要是粉尘、噪声、高温、振动、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳、汽油等;需进一步完善职业病防治的体制机制。 Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of occupational hazards and industrial occupational hazards in industrial enterprises in Fangshan District of Beijing and to clarify the key points of occupational health work. Methods The census method was used to investigate the occupational hazards in the workplace and SPSS15.0 software was used to analyze the survey results. Results A total of 972 enterprises were surveyed, 46111 people (52.71%) were exposed to the hazard factors. Occupational hazards mainly include 38 kinds of dust, physical factors and chemical poison. Fangshan District health records filing rate, physical examination rate and vocational training rates were 32.89%, 23.82% and 29.46%. Conclusion The occupational hazards in Fangshan District are mainly dust, noise, high temperature, vibration, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and gasoline. The institutional mechanisms for prevention and control of occupational diseases should be further improved.
