研究目的有二:①为了更好地了解 COPD 患者夜间血氧饱和度降低(NOD)的病理生理学;②为检查夜间 SaO_2的演变与肺功能和血气的关系,而对31例(男性,平均62.5岁)日间 PaO_2>8 kPa 且临床稳定的 COPD 患者采用多导睡眠描记仪进行跟踪睡眠研究(1夜以上).夜间反复观察直至出现快速眼动睡眠相(REM)达5 min 以上为止。SaO_2用耳氧剂连续监测。全部参数均同时记录在多导仪上。结果本组患者连续随访36~78(平均42.5)个
The purpose of the study was twofold: (1) to better understand the pathophysiology of nocturnal oxygen saturation (NOD) in COPD patients; (2) to examine the relationship between nocturnal SaO 2 evolution and pulmonary function and blood gas, and 31 patients (mean 62.5 Year) PaO2 -> 8 kPa during daytime and clinically stable COPD patients were followed up for more than one night using polysomnographs and were observed repeatedly until nighttime REM sleep for more than 5 minutes. SaO_2 is continuously monitored with an oxygenate. All parameters are recorded simultaneously on the multi-conductivity meter. Results The patients were followed up 36 ~ 78 (average 42.5)
