目前通信企业已经进入历史性大发展的重要时期,加强和改进思想政治工作是实现通信企业历史性大发展的必要条件。但是,通信企业思想政治工作的理念、方法和机制已经不能完全适应新形势、新环境的需要,必须从通信企业实际出发,树立科学发展观,缝确把握彤势,快速适应,积极创新工作理念。本文浅谈了如何加强通信企业思想政治工作。
At present, communication enterprises have entered an important period of historic and great development. Strengthening and improving ideological and political work are the necessary conditions for realizing the historic development of telecommunications enterprises. However, the ideas, methods and mechanisms of ideological and political work in telecommunications enterprises can no longer meet the needs of the new situation and new environment.
