目的 :观察骨膦胶囊治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的疼痛和活动障碍的疗效。方法 :2 2例恶性肿瘤骨转移病人 (男性 19例 ,女性 3例 ,年龄 72±s 12a) ,应用骨膦胶囊 3粒 ( 4 0 0mg/粒 ) ,po ,bid ,骨痛减轻后逐渐减量。结果 :止痛有效率 90 %。其中以多发骨转移及多发性骨髓瘤疗效较好 ,合并化疗、放疗或153Sm_EDTMP者较单服骨膦者好。对活动障碍的有效率为 75%。有 4例在治疗 2~ 30mo后复查X线片、骨扫描和 (或 )核磁共振与治疗前比较 ,骨胳损害无明显变化。结论 :骨膦胶囊有抑制破骨细胞活性的作用 ,对恶性肿瘤骨转移病人能减轻骨痛 ,改善活动障碍
Objective : To observe the efficacy of bone phosphine capsule in the treatment of pain and movement disorders of bone metastases of malignant tumors. METHODS: Twenty-two patients with malignant bone metastases (19 males and 3 females, age 72±s 12 years) were treated with bone phosphine capsules (400 mg/capsule), po, bid, and gradually reduced after bone pain was reduced. the amount. Result: Analgesic efficiency was 90%. Among them, multiple bone metastases and multiple myeloma have good curative effects. Those who received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or 153Sm_EDTMP were better than those who received bone phosphine alone. The effective rate for activity disorders is 75%. There were 4 cases who were examined for X-ray, bone scan and (or) MRI before and after treatment for 2 to 30 months. There was no significant change in bone damage. Conclusion: Phosphine capsules can inhibit the activity of osteoclasts. It can relieve bone pain and improve mobility in patients with malignant bone metastases.
