土坝坝体劈裂式灌浆基于坝体的小主应力大小和分布,利用“水力劈裂”原理对坝体有计划、有控制地进行劈裂,同时灌入合适的泥浆;通过浆坝互压使泥浆固结,形成浆体防渗帷幕,截堵渗漏带、充填裂缝、消除隐患;并使部分坝体压密,应力状态改善。从正常灌浆工艺和非正常灌浆工艺的原型观测试验中,总结出保证坝体安全和提高灌浆效果的工艺措施。土坝应力、孔隙水压力、变形观测和工程实践表明:劈裂式灌浆有效地提高了坝体的防渗性能和变形稳定性。
Based on the small principal stress of dam body and its distribution, the split grouting of earth dam is planned and controlled by means of “hydraulic splitting” principle, and the appropriate mud is poured into it. Pressure to mud consolidation, the formation of slurry impermeable curtain, plugging seepage zone, filling cracks, eliminate hidden dangers; and make part of the dam compact, stress conditions improve. From the prototype observation test of normal grouting process and non-normal grouting process, the technical measures to ensure the safety of the dam and improve the grouting effect are summarized. Earth dam stress, pore water pressure, deformation observation and engineering practice show that split grouting effectively improves the seepage resistance and deformation stability of the dam.
