目的:研究茶籽壳的不同部位提取物清除二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法将茶籽壳的乙醇萃取物分成石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水四个部位提取物,采用DPPH自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性,并和没食子酸、抗坏血酸进行比较。结果:茶籽壳的乙酸乙酯部位提取物0.25 mg·ml~(-1)对DPPH的清除能力达到95%;0.3 mg·ml~(-1)的正丁醇部位提取物对DPPH清除率达到95%:水部位提取物0.35 mg·ml~(-1)清除率也达到85%;石油醚部位提取物没有活性。结论:茶籽壳的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水提取物有抗氧化活性。其中,乙酸乙酯部位的抗氧化能力最强。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of extracts from different parts of tea seed hulls on the free radical scavenging of diphenyl picrylhydrazide (DPPH). Methods: The ethanol extract of tea seed shell was separated into four fractions of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water by systemic solvent method. The antioxidant activity of tea seed extract was determined by DPPH free radical system. Ascorbic acid is compared. Results: The scavenging capacity of DPPH was 95% at the concentration of 0.25 mg · ml -1 in ethyl acetate extract of tea seed shell. The extract of n-butanol at 0.3 mg · ml -1 had the highest DPPH scavenging activity Up to 95%: The water fraction extract 0.35 mg · ml -1 also reached a clearance rate of 85%; petroleum ether fraction extract was inactive. Conclusion: Ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water extract of tea seed shell have antioxidant activity. Among them, the most part of the ethyl acetate antioxidant capacity.
