阿尔茨海默病( AD)是一种世界性疾病,建立 AD动物模型对于研究和治疗 AD有重要意义。可溶性Aβ1-42寡聚体来自源淀粉样前体蛋白,与其他Aβ进行比较,Aβ1-42的神经毒性更强,在诱导AD动物模型时更接近于AD的病理状态,其能更全面地诠释AD的发病机制,该模型的建立为今后AD药物研究以及治疗奠定了基础。“,”Alzheimer disease ( AD ) is a worldwide disease, and establishing AD animal model for research and treatment is important.Aβ1-42 soluble oligomers are derived from the amyloid precursor protein. Compared with other Aβ,Aβ1-42 is more nerve toxic.AD animal model inducted by Aβ1-42 is closer to AD pathology,and can comprehensively interpret the pathogenesis of AD,which has laid the basis of the medica-tion research and treatment of AD in the future.
