1985年春,我们的杂志艰难创业,白手起家,乘改革与开放的春风,在刊物林立的广州异军突起。创刊之初,在广州市委市政府的支持下,我们就明确地提出,要积极地真实地反映改革的开放的时代;要宣传新观念、扶持新事物、揭示新趋势、促进新潮流;要同人民群众贴得很近,抓住现实生活中的难点、热点、敏感点,发挥沟通与桥梁的作用,推进社会主义民主政治的建设。这,就是南风窗杂志的办刊宗旨。 In the spring of 1985, our magazine struggled to start a business from scratch and took the spring breeze of reform and opening up, arousing its presence in Guangzhou, a rapidly growing publication. At the beginning of the publication, with the support of the municipal party committee of Guangzhou municipal government, we made it clear that we should actively and truthfully reflect the era of reform and opening up. We should publicize new concepts, support new things, reveal new trends and promote new trends. The people are closely attached to each other, grasping the difficulties, hot spots and sensitive points in real life, giving play to the role of communication and bridge, and promoting the building of socialist democratic politics.
