对２００ 对自然流产夫妇的外周血Ｇ显带染色体随体联合频率（ＳＡＦ） 的分布进行研究分析。结果：ＳＡＦ 男、女性分别为３ ．９５ ％ 和３ ．９６ ％ ，其中ＤＤ联合频率、ＤＧ联合频率和Ｇ－ Ｇ 联合频率男性为１ ．０９、２ ．１１ 和０．７５ ，女性为１．１０ 、２ ．１４和０ ．７２ 男女之间均无显著意义（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） ，提示男女双方均有同等机会由于自身ＳＡＦ的变化而造成非整倍体畸变胚胎的形成。
The distribution of G-banding satellite attachment frequency (SAF) in peripheral blood of 200 couples with spontaneous abortion was studied. Results: SAF men and women were 3. 95% and 3. 96%, of which DD joint frequency, DG joint frequency and G-G joint frequency of male for 1. 09,2. 11 and 0.75, women 1.10, 2. 14 and 0. 72 between men and women (P> 0.05), suggesting that both men and women have the same chance of forming aneuploidy embryos due to their own SAF changes.
