本文基于纤维素结晶度变化,研究了微晶纤维素Avicel pH-101和蔗渣纤维素在非等温条件下和在氯化锂/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶剂体系中的溶解速率常数和活化参数的变化。结果显示:纤维素溶解速率常数和活化参数对纤维素的聚合度无明显依赖性。在试验条件下,当纤维素与混合溶剂接触3小时后,在纤维素与溶剂分子之间则开始形成某种络合作用。此外,将本次试验结果和实际工业应用之间的关系进行了讨论。
In this paper, based on the change of cellulose crystallinity, the dissolution rate constants of microcrystalline cellulose Avicel pH-101 and bagasse cellulose in non-isothermal conditions and in lithium chloride / N, N-dimethylacetamide solvent system were studied. Changes in activation parameters. The results showed that cellulose dissolution rate constant and activation parameters had no obvious dependence on the degree of polymerization of cellulose. Under the experimental conditions, when the cellulose is in contact with the mixed solvent for 3 hours, a certain complexation starts to take place between the cellulose and the solvent molecule. In addition, the relationship between this test result and the actual industrial application is discussed.
