2010年以来,新疆维吾尔自治区塔城市进一步巩固和深化“提升执政效能攻坚工程”活动,强化机关效能建设,全面加强绩效考核工作,探索建立了绩效考核小组、纪检监察机关、组织人事部门“三位一体”的联动考评工作机制,逐步健全了“党委统一领导、党政齐抓共管、绩效管理机构组织协调、相关部门各负其责、引导群众积极参与”全方位推动绩效考核的工作格局。
