随着改革的深入发展,乡镇企业已经成为农村经济的“半壁江山”,成为农村剩余劳动力就业的重要途径。在乡镇企业突飞猛进发展的新形势下,如何搞好乡镇企业的党建工作,为其提供坚强的组织保证,是摆在各级党委面前的一个重要课题。为此,我们组织力量深入各县区和部分乡镇,就我市乡镇企业党建工作的现状及问题,进行了一次认真的调查研究,并提出了一些相应的解决办法。
With the further development of the reform, township and village enterprises have become “half of the country” in the rural economy and have become an important way to find employment for surplus rural labor. Under the new situation of rapid development of township and village enterprises, how to do a good job in party building in township and village enterprises and provide them with a strong guarantee for the organization are an important issue before party committees at all levels. To this end, we organized forces to go deep into counties and districts and some townships to conduct a serious investigation and study on the status quo and problems of party building in township and town enterprises in our city and put forward some corresponding solutions.
