以淀粉作崩解剂,在规格、片重、组成恒定的条件下,研究了崩解剂的内加法、外加法及内外加法对蛋氨酸片崩解时限的影响,并以不加崩解剂者作为对照。最后综合片剂的其它质量控制指标,筛选出符合新蛋氨酸片质量标准的两种制备工艺。
