我院近年来在医院制剂室标准化操作建设方面取得了一定的成效。为了总结有关经验,本研究通过回顾我院制剂室标准化操作有关工作,指出:狠抓思想认识建设;坚持建设的“人本原则”;实事求是,根据具体情况对标准化操作程序不断完善与修正;强化制度的相互协调和统一;加强标准化制度建设的整体性与完整性建设等措施是被实践证明是行之有效的措施。
In recent years, our hospital in the hospital preparation room standardized operation has made some achievements.
