在众多管理学专著里,一般只谈到上级对人才的管理,而很少讲到人才对上级的“管理”。其实,这个观点早已由美国著名管理学家伍拉克提出,他声称协调与上级的关系为“管理自己的上司”。人才对上级,也应进行“管理”,即人才如何调动上级的积极性。使人才在自己的健康成长和成就事业的过程当中得到上级的同情、理解和支持。事实上,对上级“管理”得好的人才往往能在工作中获得更多的工作绩效,收到事半功倍的效果。
In many management monographs, it generally only refers to the superior’s management of the talents, but seldom refers to the talent’s “management” of the superiors. In fact, this view has already been put forward by the famous American management scientist Nulak. He claims that coordinating his relationship with his superiors is “managing his own boss.” Talent on the higher level, should also be “management”, that is, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of superiors. So that their talents in the process of their healthy growth and achievement career get superior sympathy, understanding and support. In fact, people who are “well managed” at their superiors often get more job performance at work and receive more effective results.
