一、前言国际种子检验协会(ISTA)子1986年正式颁布了 ISTA 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,鉴定小麦和大麦品种的标准程序,并补充入《1985国际种子检验规程》的附录第8章,要求在全世界推广应用。为了试用和推广这一标准电泳程序,根据我国现有的仪器和药剂,按照 ISTA 标准程序的说明,选用我国的一部分主要小麦和大麦品种的种子样品,进行了实际应用的研究。结果表明,ISTA 标准程序具有仪器设备简单,
