本文着重分析了轴流式压气机防止喘振方法之一的放气活门。文中开始时简述了轴流压气机喘振现象及其理论分析,也分析了现有轴流式压气机防止喘振的方法。之后着重讨论了用放气防止喘振的理论计算方法,如放气量的计算,放气活门位置的确定及流路尺寸的确定等。本文提供的计算方法,主要参考了参考文献而结合具体情况加以修正。最后对本计算法作了估价。由于没有大量的实验数据,因此这样的方法尚待不断修正,不断完善的发展。
This article focuses on the deflation valve that prevents the surge of an axial-flow compressor. In the beginning of the paper, the phenomenon of axial-flow compressor surge and its theoretical analysis were briefly described. The methods of preventing the surge of the existing axial-flow compressor were also analyzed. After that, we focus on the theoretical calculation methods of deflation by deflation, such as the calculation of deflation volume, the determination of deflation valve position and the determination of flow path size. This article provides the calculation method, the main reference to the reference to be combined with the specific circumstances to be amended. Finally, this method has been evaluated. Since there is not a lot of experimental data, so this method has yet to be constantly revised, continuous improvement of development.
