根据国家体育总局人才培养战略和适应2004年、2008年奥运会人才培养的需要,如何深化对培训中心的管理机制、教学方法的改革,提高培训中心内部人员的综合素质和业务能力、高质量地完成国家体育总局的各项培训任务,是培训中心面临的重大课题。就干部培训中心的建设、管理、创新、改革、提高培训质量等问题进行了分析、研究和探讨。
