动脉炎综合征,亦如所知的Takayasm动脉炎或无脉病是一种大动脉的炎性病。过去未曾认识到听力下降是动脉炎综合征的普遍症状。Kanzaki是首次报告感音性聋合并这种综合征者。迄今,在英文文献中仅有2例动脉炎综合征中伴感音性聋的报告。本文报告5例感音性聋伴随动脉炎综合征,全部是中年女性。纯音电测听呈高频下降型,除一例随访仅1.8年为单侧外,其他病例均为双侧性。多数听力下降为突然发生或数天内
Arteritis syndrome, also known as Takayasm’s arteritis or phlebitis is an inflammatory disease of the aorta. It has not been recognized in the past that hearing loss is a common symptom of arteritis syndrome. Kanzaki is the first to report a sensorineural hearing loss associated with this syndrome. To date, there have only been 2 reports of arterial inflammation associated with sensorineural hearing loss in English literature. This article reports 5 cases of sensorineural deafness associated with arteritis syndrome, all of them are middle-aged women. Pure tone electrical test showed a high-frequency descending type, except one case was followed up only 1.8 years unilateral, the other cases are bilateral.
