2003年4月18日至5月1日,司法部副部长到飏率中国司法代表团应邀对阿尔巴尼亚和奥地利两国进行了正式友好访问。笔者有幸作为团员隨同前往。在那短暂、紧张而又愉快的十二天里,沫浴着巴尔干半岛暖湿的地中海季风,俯瞰阿尔卑斯山脉终年堆积的皑皑白雪,感受着阿、奥雨圆司法界对中国人民真诚质朴的浓浓情谊,代表团经历了一次令人给以忘怀的异国之旅。
From April 18 to May 1, 2003, the vice minister of justice attended the ceremony and the Chinese judicial delegation was invited to pay an official goodwill visit to Albania and Austria. I have the honor to accompany as a member to go. During that short, intense and pleasant 12-day immersion in the warm and humid Mediterranean Boreal Monsoon in the Balkans, overlooking the snow-capped Alps all year round, I felt the sincere and simple concentration of the judiciary on the Chinese people Strong friendship, the delegation experienced a memorable journey of a foreign country.
