本文收集了不同种类、不同产地的62个蟾酥样品,将样品的氯仿提取液进行薄层色谱分析,用PRIMA法对获得反映样品整体化学成分的数据进行识别分类,使薄层色谱鉴定数据化,鉴定结果更客观、准确.
In this paper, 62 enamel samples of different types and origins were collected. Chloroform extracts of the samples were analyzed by thin-layer chromatography. The PRIMA method was used to identify and classify the data reflecting the overall chemical composition of the samples, and to enable data identification of thin-layer chromatography. The identification result is more objective and accurate.
