目的:探究艾迪注射液联合体外高频热疗在老年中晚期食管癌三维适形调强放疗中的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法:将180例中晚期食管癌老年患者按随机数字法分为3组各60例,A组艾迪注射液联合体外高频热疗与三维适形调强放疗同步、B组体外高频热疗与放疗同步、C组仅行放疗作为对照,观察治疗结束后的近期疗效、生活质量KPS评分,观察治疗期间的毒副反应,治疗结束后对3组病例随访,计算1、2、3年的生存率。结果:A组、B组、C组的总有效率分别为86.67%、75.0%、68.33%,A组总有效率显著高于B组与C组(P<0.05),B组总有效率显著高于C组(P<0.05);A组KPS评分(86.42±10.53)分显著高于B组(75.13±11.21)分与C组(69.27±10.93)分(P<0.05),B组KPS评分显著高于C组(P<0.05);A组总体毒副反应发生率显著低于B组与C组(P<0.05),B组与C组相比较,毒副反应的发生情况无显著差异(P>0.05);A组的1年、2年、3年生存率均显著高于B组与C组(P<0.05),B组的生存率均高于C组,两组1年、2年生存率差异不显著,3年生存率则有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在老年中晚期食管癌的治疗中,体外高频热疗与三维适形调强放疗配合应用有协同的抗肿瘤作用,较单纯放疗有较好的疗效,艾迪注射液与体外高频热疗以及三维适形调强治疗联合应用较热疗联合放疗、单纯放疗的疗效更高,且显著降低了毒副反应,明显改善了患者的生活质量、延长了生存期。

Conclusion: In the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer in the elderly, in vitro high-frequency hyperthermia combined with three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy has a synergistic anti-tumor effect, and has better curative effect than radiotherapy alone.
