在大文化、大媒体、大编辑的背景下,出版也逐渐成为大出版。出版专硕致力于培养出能适应“大出版”要求的复合型出版人才,然而多学科的介入却使出版专硕的教育遭到“去中心化”。本文在已有相关文献的基础上,结合出版业最新的发展趋势和实践,对出版专硕的培养作出了进一步的分析。从“大出版”对出版人素质提出的新要求,例如熟悉各种媒介形态和艺术表现形式、数字技术的研发和利用、版权经营意识、市场调研的新方法,引出出版专硕的核心竞争力困境,进而从分类培养、跨院系培养、联合行业力量和建立科学的实习制度几方面,分析了如何培养出版专硕的核心竞争力。
In the context of big culture, big media and big editors, publishing has also gradually become a big publication. Publishing professionals are committed to developing a composite publishing talent that fits the requirements of a “grand publication,” yet multidisciplinary interventions have “decentered.” Based on the existing literature, combined with the latest trends and practices in the publishing industry, this paper makes a further analysis of the cultivation of publishing specialties. The new requirements for the quality of publishers, such as being familiar with various forms of media and artistic expressions, the development and utilization of digital technologies, the awareness of copyright management and market research, have come out of the core of publication quality Competitive difficulties, and then from the classification training, cross-departmental training, joint industry forces and the establishment of a scientific internship system in several aspects, analyzed how to cultivate the core competitiveness of publishing masterpiece.
