STAT3是信号传导子与激活子(signaltransducers and activators of transcription,STATs)家族的重要成员,在不同类型的组织和细胞中均有表达,介导细胞因子和生长因子信号从细胞质向细胞核传导,影响靶基因的转录,因此STAT3信号传导通路与细胞的增殖、分化及凋亡密切相关,该通路 STAT3 is an important member of the signal transducers and activators of transcription (STATs) family. It is expressed in different types of tissues and cells, and mediates the signal transduction of cytokines and growth factors from the cytoplasm to the nucleus, affecting the target Gene transcription, STAT3 signaling pathway and cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis are closely related to the pathway
