为优化跳汰选别条件,采用ST型锯齿波跳汰机分选锡多金属硫化矿,考察了筛下补加水、冲程、冲次、人工床层厚度等操作因素对跳汰选别效果的影响。试验结果表明,筛下补加水和冲次对跳汰选别效果影响较显著,人工床层厚度影响次之,而冲程对跳汰选别影响较小。当筛下补加水为34.2 kg/min,冲程18 mm,冲次94次/min,人工床层重量18 kg时,精矿产率、锡的品位和回收率分别达到15.76%、1.27%、85.59%。
In order to optimize the jig selection conditions, ST-type sawtooth jig was used to separate tin polymetallic sulphide ore. The effect of additional factors such as water addition, stroke, stroke and artificial bed thickness on the jig sorting was investigated influences. The test results show that adding water and punching under the sieve have a significant influence on the jig sorting effect, the influence of the artificial bed thickness is second, and the stroke has little effect on the jig sorting. When the additional water was 34.2 kg / min under the sieve, the stroke was 18 mm, the stroke was 94 times / min and the weight of the artificial bed was 18 kg, the concentrate yield, tin grade and recovery rate reached 15.76%, 1.27% and 85.59% .
