采用钛粉和氟硼酸钾为原材料制备Al-Ti-B合金,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜测试分析手段,研究了反应温度对Al-Ti-B合金组织的影响。结果表明,合金中含有Ti Al3相和Ti B2相,Ti Al3相呈块状,尺寸15μm左右,Ti B2相呈片状,尺寸小于2μm,该合金对工业纯铝具有良好的细化效果。
Al-Ti-B alloy was prepared by using titanium powder and potassium fluoroborate as raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature on the microstructure of Al-Ti-B alloy were studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the alloy contains TiAl3 phase and TiB2 phase, the TiAl3 phase is massive, the size is about 15μm, the TiB2 phase is flaky and the size is less than 2μm. The alloy has good refinement effect on commercial pure aluminum.
