通过对铝熔炼技术、铸轧工艺的研究,结合金相组织分析和生产工艺关键参数的控制,制备了加工使用性能良好的铝杆。结果表明,生产过程中,将铝液的氢含量控制在每100g含0.15mL以下,合理设置冷却水,控制铸坯的结晶度等级达到1级,可以得到微细化拉制用铝杆。通过对轧制工序的入轧温度、乳化液浓度等关键参数控制,生产出的铝杆可拉制0.12mm的铝丝,拉丝过程中断丝率仅为110min/次。
Through the research on the aluminum smelting technology and the casting and rolling technology, combined with the metallurgical structure analysis and the control of the key parameters in the production process, the aluminum rod with good processing performance was prepared. The results show that in the production process, the hydrogen content of the molten aluminum is controlled to 0.15mL per 100g, cooling water is set reasonably, the degree of crystallinity of the slab is controlled to level 1, and the aluminum rod for miniaturization can be obtained. Through the rolling process of the rolling temperature, the concentration of emulsions and other key parameters of control, the aluminum rod can be drawn 0.12mm aluminum wire drawing, drawing wire breaking rate of only 110min / times.
